Johan Wagenaar owner of Bike Sensations went to Lanzarote 13 years ago without a penny in his pocket. Now he has six thriving branches on the islands with 700 rental bikes of all shapes and sizes. Johan is a triathlete and has crossed the finish line 8 times in the whole Ironman! With his passion, drive and love for triathlon, cycling and Lanzarote/GranCanaria he runs Bike Sensations. He transfers his enthusiasm to the customer and his team. Customer friendliness and good service are of paramount importance to both Johan and his team.
Nowhere on the island will you find such high quality bicycles as at Bike Sensations. Most of the bikes are 0 to 2 years old! Just as important as the quality of the bicycles is the way they are maintained. Bike Sensations employs permanent mechanics who check and adjust the bikes after every rental.
